MAAP Child Safety Standards

Last updated: September 6, 2026

MAAP is an artists’ community platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Prohibited content and behaviour

We strictly prohibit:

    •    Any sexual content involving minors

    •    Grooming, exploitation, or solicitation of minors

    •    Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM

    •    Any attempt to use MAAP to facilitate CSAE

Accounts and content that violate these standards will be removed. Serious violations may result in permanent bans and referral to authorities.

2. Age restriction

MAAP is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly allow users under 16 to create accounts.

3. In-app reporting

Users can report posts, events, profiles, and other content using the flag / report options in the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

4. Review and enforcement

When we receive a report, we may:

    •    Review the reported content and related account activity

    •    Remove content

    •    Warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts

    •    Preserve relevant records where required for safety or legal reasons

5. Reporting to authorities

Where required by law, or where we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we will report to the appropriate regional or national authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
