The App is a platform for discovering and connecting with local artists, sellers, and creative events. Users may create profiles, share listings (e.g. services, products, stalls), and interact with others through messages, event discovery, and connection requests.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (text, images, etc.), but grant the App a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate community standards or applicable laws.

3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the App to spam, harass, or abuse others
• Upload illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise disrupt the App
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

4. Connections and Messaging
Users can send and receive connection requests and private messages. You are responsible for your interactions with others. The App does not screen messages or connections, but inappropriate use may result in account suspension.

5. Event and Listing Content
Event and listing information is user-generated. While we encourage accurate, relevant content, we are not responsible for the reliability, quality, or outcomes of any services, events, or products promoted through the App.

6. No Financial Transactions
The App currently does not facilitate in-app purchases, payments, or commissions. All financial interactions between users must occur outside the App and are at your own risk.
